ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Marlott Boutique and to every distance contract concluded between Marlott Boutique and the consumer.

Prior to the conclusion of any distance contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the Terms can be consulted and how they can be obtained free of charge.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ARTICLE 4 – OFFERS

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product.

During the withdrawal period, consumers must handle products carefully and only inspect them as necessary to determine suitability.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify Marlott Boutique via email within 14 days of receiving the order.

Products must then be returned within 30 days after notification.

Consumers should retain proof of return shipment.


ARTICLE 7 – RETURN COSTS

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 30days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment.


ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Customized products

  • Personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene products with broken seals

  • Audio, video, or software products with broken seals

  • Products subject to financial market fluctuations

Price changes resulting from legal or tax requirements may be applied.

Despite our efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. Marlott Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

Marlott Boutique guarantees that products conform to the contract and meet reasonable quality standards.

Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Products returned under warranty must be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.


ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY

Orders are processed with care and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

To maintain competitive pricing, products may be shipped directly from our international logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally between 6 and 12 business days after processing.

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements in accordance with applicable laws and agreed notice periods.
